How does the 14-day free trial work?
Once you sign up, you will have access to a limited feature set for 14 days. We do not require any payment or credit card information from you for this trial. From the moment you sign up, our team will be in constant touch to provide support and help you take maximum advantage of our features.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Zimyo is a pay-per-use service and you have the flexibility to change your plan whenever you wish to do so. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
Do you have discounts for half-yearly or annual plans?
Yes, we have discounts for half-yearly and yearly plans. Please contact us for further details and volume pricing for larger teams.
What types of payments do you accept?
Zimyo supports payments from all major debit and credit cards, net banking options, UPI, EMI, and popular digital wallets. For enterprise contracts, bank transfer and purchase order options are also available.
Is there a cancellation fee if we stop using Zimyo?
No. There is no cancellation fee if you decide to stop using your Zimyo account. You can simply stop using the account and we will wait for your chosen subscription period to end before deactivating it. If you decide to come back, you can re-activate your subscription at any time.
Who has access to our payroll and sensitive data?
Unless access is explicitly granted to specific employees by your administrators, no one can access your payroll or personal information. Zimyo provides complete privacy control features to restrict access and maintain high levels of data privacy. Your data is isolated from other customers through our multi-tenancy architecture.
