Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Zimyo is a pay-per-use service and you have the flexibility to change your plan whenever you wish. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
Do you have discounts for half-yearly or annual plans?

Is Zimyo compliant with Saudi Arabia's GOSI and labour law?
Yes. Zimyo Payroll is pre-configured for GOSI contributions, end-of-service benefits under the Saudi Labour Law, and Saudisation quota tracking. The platform also supports Vision 2030 workforce localisation reporting requirements.
Is there a cancellation fee if we stop using Zimyo?
No. There is no cancellation fee. You can stop using your account and we will wait for your subscription period to end before deactivating it. You can re-activate at any time.
Who has access to our payroll and sensitive data?
Unless access is explicitly granted by your administrators, no one can access your payroll or personal information. Zimyo provides complete privacy controls and role-based access management.
