How is Zimyo cost calculated?

Cost = number of employees × selected plan price per user per month × 12. The plan prices match the published /pricing/ page for your country. The calculator recommends Basic up to 50 users, Standard from 50 to 200, and Enterprise above 200 — you can override this.

What does "payback period" mean?

How long it takes for monthly savings to recover the annual Zimyo cost. A 6-month payback means the platform pays for itself in half a year and is pure profit after that.

Are these figures guaranteed?
