What's a good score?

80+ is best-in-class. 60โ€“79 indicates a maturing HR function with clear gaps to close. Below 60 means there is significant compliance or process risk and a structured improvement plan is needed.

Is this audit official?

No โ€” it's a self-assessment to surface gaps quickly. For a formal audit, contact a licensed HR consultancy or your country's Ministry of Labour. Use this result as input to a more rigorous review.

How often should I run it?
