How to Calculate KSA EOSB
Input the employee's last basic salary in SAR. Allowances (housing, transport) are excluded from EOSB calculation per Saudi Labour Law.

How is KSA EOSB calculated on termination?
Less than 1 year: no gratuity. 1–5 years: half-month salary per year. Over 5 years: one-month salary per year.
What is included in EOSB calculation in KSA?
EOSB is calculated on the last basic salary only. Housing and transport allowances are generally excluded.
Can EOSB be forfeited in Saudi Arabia?
Under certain conditions (serious misconduct, resignation before 2 years), an employee may forfeit partial or full EOSB as per Articles 84–88 of Saudi Labour Law.
