Frequently Asked Questions
How is the risk score calculated?
Five compliance domains with weights summing to 100: Payroll (30), EOSB (20), Contracts (20), Leave (15), Data (15). Each yes earns an equal share within the domain. The result is a compliance score โ risk = 100 minus score.
What's an acceptable risk score?
Below 15 (i.e. 85+ compliance) is low risk. 15โ35 risk indicates manageable gaps that should be on the next-quarter roadmap. 35+ risk means active exposure to fines, lawsuits or work-permit cancellations.
Which gap should I close first?
Payroll & WPS (30 pt weight). Missed or late wages can result in immediate fines, work-permit blocks (Saudisation, Mudad) and employee complaints to the Ministry of Labour.
Is this legal advice?
